Can someone please explain what this icon means? It appeared yesterday, the phone has been working well for 2 weeks.

I was checking the app's i was running last night, and found it was as you said alert/notification for Iblacklist, from spam SMS. I'm glad that's working.

I emptied the folder and now it's gone.

If its iblacklist it should give an alert like that for any sms on your blacklist (secret girlfriend etc...) but there is a setting in iblacklist to stop all alerts completely.
