I would appreciate leads on good places (inexpensive if possible) to get cavities fixed using air abrasion or laser technology.

I have a problem with the normal drill and water spray..........too sensitive and feel like I am drowning.

I have never had my teeth cleaned or a cavity filled with air abrasion or laser technology.

My teeth are very, VERY sensitive.

Is air abrasion or laser the answer?

Thanks.

"I have never had my teeth cleaned or a cavity filled with air abrasion or laser technology."If that's true, why do you want that procedure done? Most big clinics have a pediatric dental clinic, and it would behoove you to check one out. These clinics specialize in patients that have a low threshold of pain.

I want to try it because the old procedures are not working..........have to numb one entire quadrant at a time to eliminate pain......but the drill and attached water spray are making me feel like I am drowning!

I need an alternative. I have read up on air abrasion and it seems like it might be my answer, but not sure.
