Hello, does some one know how to recieve "EuroSport" the same channel they have in Pattaya from SophonCable TV.

I have a 7.5 feet moving dish C-band and K-band with a Dreambox DM800-S HD.

I also want to know how to get FoxNews on satellite ?

is its possibel to get signal from "ASTRO" in Malaysia in theIssan area and how big does the satellite dish has to be ?

i see signal from sophoncable tv pattaya some times drop out on "ASTRO" SuperSport when looking World Cup football.

Pi-st...... can't really talk about this on TV because its a gray area of being illegal. Best bet is go to satellite shops and ask as for Astro in the Essan area signal goes as far north as Bangkok and Karat. Contact www.jsat.com a TV sponsor on this subject. 14,000 to 40,000baht.

CTH (Cable Thai Holding), a local cable TV provider (we have it in Dokmai, Prawet) has a huge offering, maybe 90+ channels including Golf Channel, Fox News, Fox Business, Eurosport (showing Tour de France) and Eurosport News, SuperSport (Malaysia: showing World Cup in English) and ~ 6 more sports channels, some from the Middle East, Asian Food Channel, French, Japanese channels in English, ~ 8 movie channels (most dubbed in Thai) etc. It is an impressive package costing ~ 1,200 baht per year! But no ESPN, StarSports, TrueSports (1-5), ASN. So the red dish is required to round out the system.
