Computing Game Shop With Original/Real Copies?

Hi there,

wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm wanting to buy the original (real) version of a game called Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth 2: The Rise of the Witch King (expansion). I can't get a fake copy since it doesn't work online or LAN, it needs to be a genuine, real copy of the game.

it's for my girlfriend's cousin's birthday so any help would be very much appreciated. It's a game from 3 years ago or so so it's not the easiest to track down online. The thai shops that I've came across on the internet that have the game are fakes (presumably - being 50/75/100 baht a copy).

Even if someone could do a quick search for me if you know any online thai websites that might have it, again that would be much appreciated. Alternatively, any suggestions on where to go to find it.

I (as in eye)27 is in MBK and Zest is pantip and fortune tower I believe. Yesasia is online only it seems.

You can buy this online from Amazon.co.uk.. It would cost about GBP12 including postage. Delivery is normally 1 week to 10 days to my post office box so ignore their delivery estimate.

I even called them up for you, and they said the game is out of production, and thus it will never come back in stock.

I guess you would have to check ebay for a 2nd hand copy.

i27games.com in mbk 4th floor are a good shop, also you can get the top up cards by just phoning and transfering them the money, never had a problem with them!

If its an MMO one thing you can do is to try a online store such as www.direct2drive.com - buy it from there, they will email you the CD Key and a download link, then you can either give that email to your cousin or download it for him... its how i buy most of my MMO's

Its not an mmo but maybe he can do what you described and buy it that way regardless?

guys - absolute fantastic help. I wasn't expecting to receive this!

unfortunately, the game needs the disc to play, which rules out paying for and downloading.

it might be that my only option is to try amazon as suggested. I will first call i27 tomorrow though and ask them - thank you for the suggestion also.

i'll definately keep trying.
