How To Write A Wav Audio File To A Boombox-Playable Cd?

Featured Replies

Simple question but no easy solution ... original file is wave sound from my Casio camera.

Windows media 'conversion' failed (no surprise there).

RecordNow! program doesn't recognise .wav file format to write to disk.

Can any freeware make the conversion and write the file to make an audio CD?

I'd prefer not to use Nero's horrid, user-unfriendly software but would conside any other proprietary brand. Thanks.

Windows OS: use Nero to write it to a CD (not free but there is a trial version)

Linux OS: use K3b to write it to a CD (free)

I think if you want total ease of use I would use real player free. I have not used it in years because I do it all on another platform now, but back when I would send any wave file to real player and it changed them to MP3 automatically then make a play list and send it to a cd. bing bang done. On windows it was free and easy.

Try this: SWITCH

Available for PC and MAC, it's free and will cross convert all manner of audio files.

I find it both fast and reliable.
