Genital Incompatability

Featured Replies

hi there

My wife and i don't use condoms, and sometimes during sex i feel a burning sensation on my penis, and then the next day have a slight rash. This does not happen all the time. She has no STD's but i have had problems with the skin on my penis being sensitive, when i used condoms some years ago a doctor thought i may have an allergy to rubber. We don't really wanna use condoms.

I was wondering if it could be due to some kind of chemical levels varying in my wifes vagina, like Ph levels or something.

any help appreciated

SK

Is your wife using any type of douche or commercial cleansing preparation "down there"?

There are quite a few marketed in Thailand, they are unnecessary and sometimes contain harsh chemicals.

or applying any sort of perfume or medication?

This would be the most likely explanation

you need to ask her about this.

It could be as simple as lubrication. If she is dry you would cause abrasions and feel that way - she likely avoids telling you if she has the same issues. Believe K-Y Jelly is available locally.

Obviously it's a sensitive area.

I think rubbers are notorious for this and that would not indicate excessive sensitivity.

Without condoms, more likely to be rubbing, perhaps something as simple as a hair getting in the way.

An incredible title! the mind boggled:blink:, and it's still boggling now !:D

My girlfriend had a patient who was allergic to her husbands sperm. Two children both in vietro fertilization.

KY Jelly right by the check-out till in many 7-11's - prominently displayed.

In my 20s/30s, when I enjoyed moderate promiscuity (one-nighters etc),

I got NSU ( non-specific Urethritis - inflamed urethra ) which produced

symptoms a lot like the Clap ( ghonnorea ) whenever I interacted with a

new female partner. It seemed to me that the penis can be very sensitive

to the internal chemistry of women ( yes, PH levels/acidity maybe ) - especially

the delicate internal membrane, the urethra. NSU causes discharge and

nasty pain on peeing by the way, just like the Clap.

I would definitely take Lopburi3's comments about 'dryness' seriously, but

it all depends on your precise symptoms.

Good luck.
