For curtains, the biggest in Bangkok with the best prices is Kacee Curtains. Google them for their website and showroom. I am building a new house right now and have just bought many curtains and blinds from them.

If you're looking for an alternative supplier for curtains, I've used Mr Curtain in the past for 3 separate projects. I was happy with their range of products and service. They have have chain of stors however I use the one near Sukhumvit Soi 30 in BKK.

You could try Curtains by Lakkana. Wide range of fabrics and wall paper but no carpets. English speaking with no double pricing, you get the same price as the Thai's and fresh brewed coffee while your looking for fabric. The business is advertised in the Thai Visa Classifiedes.

Phrakanong market. Bought cloth at about 50 baht a meter and hung it on stringb over my windows.

Does the job wonderfully all for about 300baht for my bedroom. Had to sow in a loop to pass the string thru, but that too about 15 mins.

Pasaya is good. Excellent service. Most fabrics around 1,000-1,500/Baht metre. They provide a complete service, including measuring up beforehand and installing the rails and curtains in situ. They've got a branch conveniently located in Siam Paragon, 3rd floor, north end.
