Deputy District Chief detains three suspects following theft from house owned by senior government official

PATTAYA: -- Reports of a suspect theft from a property owned by a senior government worker were received by Khun Pongtasit, the Deputy Chief of Banglamung District on Thursday afternoon. He quickly assembled a team of civil defense volunteers and made his way to the location and questioned residents who were able to identify the suspected thief as Khun Virawat aged 34 who lives in Soi Tamadar behind the Chonglom Temple in Naklua. The suspect had run away and was eventually found hiding in a lake behind Banglamung Police Station.
