Is there a nice clean hotel close (walking distance) to Phayathai (interchange with BTS Sukhumvit Line (Phayathai Station)) to recommend for a reasonable price?

We would take the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link to reach the city center on 31.08.

Petchburi Road Soi 11 (7 minute walk) has 3 hotels: Lemonseed, Opera, and Dream Town

All around 1000b/night or less;

Better hotel (4 Star): Siam City Hotel on Si Ayuttaya Road.
