Rimmer Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Pension Parity Thailand hold meeting in Central Pattaya PATTAYA: -- A group of UK pensioners living here in Pattaya have formed a pressure group to discuss, what they claim, is unfairness in the UK Pension Scheme. On Sunday afternoon at the Bowling Green Bar in Soi Xzyte in Central Pattaya, a meeting of the Pension Parity Thailand Group took place. The group of ex-pat UK pensioners are attempting to achieve parity with UK-based pensioners who receive index-linked pensions. rubik101 Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 For more information on this subject, there are 2 other threads already running under the heading of frozen pensions. There were around 50 at the 1st meeting on Thursday 19th and a further 22 at the meeting on Sunday 22nd. and btw, the Sunday roast was excellent value at 140 bht.
