Hi Muse ... if you cant find a "netti" a squeezee plastic sauce dispenser

found in the plastic bottle section of any local supermarket will do the

trick @ circa 10 baht...

And even easier (more costly though) buy litre bottles of saline solution at any pharmacist. Just sluice out once or twice.

ABOVE ALL, DON'T BLOW YOUR NOSE HARD. If my nose starts to feel blocked or I feel pressure, I sleep with a standard surgical mask. It seems to help me.

I'm assuming you mean take the litre bottle of saline and squirt it up your nose a bit at a time...to clean out your sinuses...

That's OK.. But, you'd need to be careful about not contaminating the contents of the bottle, given that it would take quite a while to go thru the entire litre....

I use an electric Water Pik irrigator (intended for teeth cleaning) with a special tip made specifically for sinus irrigation. Start with 16 oz of clean warm water, mix in two teaspoons of non-iodine salt and a bit of bicarb soda, and then irrigate. Fresh mixture every time, and probably does a more thorough job than just squirting a bottle -- though that certainly will do in a pinch.
