Crazed man from Laos threatens to kill himself in South Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- There was traffic chaos on the South Pattaya Road on Monday Morning thanks to a man from Laos who was threatening to harm himself with a knife, pressed against his neck and a pair of clippers held against his lower back. The crazed man Mr. Wattana aged 31 caused traffic to come to a halt as Police struggled to bring the situation under control. Eventually the man was disarmed thanks to the brave actions of Khun Sanit, a City Hall Councilor who was at the scene.
