Look To Rent A Condo(/Serviced Apt) From Bkk

Hey, new here and hope this is going to the right place;

Im moving to BKK for 3-6 months later this month and hope that someone could help me find a good place to live in.

Looking for the following:

1br, fully furnished, good area(maybe upper sukhumvit-thong lo?), near bts, tennis court or very close to a tennis club, gym in the building, reliable internet.

So i would be ready to make a contract for atleast 3 months, maybe up to 6 months if theres a big price difference.

I understand that those requirements are quite a lot, but thats part of the reason im here now since i havent been able to find one from browsing several sites on the web.

Id be willing to pay up to 30-35k$/mo if i can find one that meets the requirements.
