Why not FRIEND them, ironically? It's good cheap fun. Try it soon and spread the love! It's also fun to give NEWBIE members 5 stars for no reason whatsoever! Why not encourage them? It's good karma. It's a long time since I had to resort to recycling cans for money, but back in the day, McEwans Export cans were ironic, while most of the rest were aluminic. And surprisingly, Brown bottles were clear. SC

As I recall, they were always quite decent and tidy, in evening dress, if I am not mistaken, though I could be recollecting through the fond beer-coloured lenses of nostalgia. And Mackesons stout cans more tiny than tinny. SC
