these look very nice and very reasonably priced....but like they always say in real estate "location" is everything...Im not sure there is too much demand in Khon Kaen (although I like that wonderful lake they have there)

Looks nice enough, but unless they are in prime location I really don't find them all that cheap. For the expected price of 1.5 million for the smallest one bedroom approx. 45 sqm. you can find a similar or bigger condo in Bangkok. It won't be in prime downtown location, but then you can't really compare Khon Kaen with downtown Bangkok.

The building has stood empty since 1996. It's being fitted out to a high standard and the price for the smallest unit is expected to be pushing 2 million Baht.

All condo's will have access to wireless LAN with some interesting feature's like sms remote control air con. touted. Interesting stuff...more at
