We have all furniture, even hot shower & aircon our own, there is only house in the good, quiet location in the Chalong-Rawai that what is we are looking for. That's for long term (minimum 6 months, but more likely 1 year up i hope), house can be simple in design but not rly small. The keyword is _quiet_ location - no main road within a few hundreds meters, no workshop opposite of house, etc. If someone have something at least 50% close to these horrifying requirements - plz PM or post here, planning to move within a few weeks if will be satisfied with the offer.
