JAS21
Guys, During the last nine months my wife has benefited greatly from taking quite a high dose, enough to flood the liver, of the essential amino acids. These are basically the same ones that are in the whites of an egg. Unfortunately the supply appears to have dried up. So far we have been unable to find anything that contains all of them. Now I know that some here work out in the gym, can anyone advise if they take anything that has all the essential ones in and what its name is.....thanks

CobraSnakeNecktie
Braggs liquid Amino's are sold in most of the larger grocery stores like Tops and Rimping. Costs about 350 baht for a large bottle. Good soy sauce replacement also. Edited October 4, 2010 by CobraSnakeNecktie

Pilotman
How about eggs? Not sure why you don't just carry on with eggs and other protein products, you don't need supplements. In fact, most supplements of anything are a waste of time, provided you are eating a balanced diet.
steelepulse
Love a 9 year old thread resurrected by a new poster pitching a product. Nothing like timeliness to make those early posts.
