I live near Hua Hin and want to visit a Friend in Pattaya. I can get to Victory monument by comfortable mini bus. How do I get to Pattaya from there?

Take from there, victory monument, another mini van to Pattaya

If you do decide to go via Bangkok then the Pattaya minibus depature point is at exactly the same place as the Hua Hin minibus drop off point.
