Khorat House Help...

Featured Replies

I am thinking of moving to Khorat for its middle location of Bangkok and Surin,

and just wanted some help with finding a place.

Its such a nightmare when you change citys and don't know your way around.

I am looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house with a garden.

Can be in the city or just out side in the sticks, dont mind really...

Or just some housing estate names and i will have a look around when i get there.

I really appreciate any help you can give me.

my Wifes only got 3 months left untill our babys born and really does'nt need riding around on a bike all day trying to sniff out houses.

Congrats on the upcoming future addition to your family, boy or girl? As far as Korat housing. There are plenty of housing estates within the the city area and more being build as we "speak". Also places come and go as far as availability to rent, so kind of hard to talk about one today that won't be available 3 months from now. Might I suggest a visit to the area and a visit to an "expat" spot like the Pasinee Restaurant where all kinds of information on the area is available. Just a thought. :o There is a map to the Pasinee here:Pasinee Good luck. :D

Here are some names of housing subdivisons in Korat that you might want to check out :

Home garden

Home sweet home

Rungnerun

They all have various phases 1 ,2 3, 4 ect.

Also there are alot of other smaller properties very near all of them . I hope this helps a little . Good luck
