My parents are visiting we are looking to rent a villa for 3 weeks in Pattaya. Upto 60.000

Prefer swimming pool or comunal pool. Obviously as its my parents they are immaculate so we are looking for something clean/non smoking.

I found one in Chaiyapreuk 2, with a car included but its 6000 per day - not in my budget. Does anyone know of any available for around the 60 mark?

Any replies and help will be appreciated. (ps: a condo will not do)
