3Bb Chiangrai

Anyone have 3bb in chiang rai and is it any good? what sought of speeds are you getting

I get 2meg but I think they've capped it because I'm so far away from Civilisation.

In town you'll get almost the current promotion speed. Was 4meg but it maybe 6 now.

No real problems other than with dodgy old routers. The new Wireless router they provide now for 900 baht is a pretty good one.

The following is an internet connection speed test from Thai visa, I don't know how accurate it is.

I live near Big C on the highway.

Hopefully give you an idea of what you are looking for. var so = new SWFObject("speedtest.swf?v=2.0.3", "speedtest", "600", "400", "8", "#ffffff"); so.addVariable("configExtension", "php"); so.write("speedtest");Last Result:

Download Speed: 4992 kbps (624 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 481 kbps (60.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 72 ms

These are I think download speeds for within Thailand...Using the www outside Thailand is a lot slower but I use 3bb and they are the best of the lot.
