I have bought a new computer and managed to transfer all my data from my old laptop to my new one. Eerything that is except my contacts in Microsoft Outlook.

I have bought a legitimate new version of Outlook but how do i transfer all the contacts over?

All my other data i transfered via an external hard drive.

If you are using XP or newer on the old PC windows easy transferwould have done the job for you., Use the export function and select contactsto do it manually.

Copying the pst files over like mentioned above is way to go ... no need for any of this import export palaver.
