I want to buy a used car, a cheap one. How much do I have to pay for a used car there. I do`nt give a shit how it looks. Need aircon, at least 4 seats. I can borrow my father in laws car, but one has to use too much power to ceep it on the road.

I allready look at The Farang Connection site, but its far more than i want to use for a car I will use 2 times a year.

If you only need it twice a year, why don't you consider renting one when you need it. Would probably work out cheaper.

There is an auction in Kholat on 20th August.

They are ex finance cars and the reserve prices are low.

If you pick a model that the thais are not keen on you will get a bargain

In my opinion new cars are better option. I wouldn't trust a car which has been used by thais - they do not know how to drive (majority) and how to maintain it - for them it's just washing it.
