Thanks for the advice, Her job is not such a problem as she works in her family buisness and can get time off when she wants.

But I would like to know how long other people have waited between visa's and been successful.

It just happend that it was a year between OZ trips, but I accompanied and I am not an Ozzie.

The second application was a slam dunk, so it may actually be easier as she has proven, by returning to Thailand, that she has satisfied the essential element of visa eligibiliity, the return to Thailand upon visa expiration.

She might wait a month or so in case there is a thought she is working in Oz and the time lapse mght dissuade such a notion, but who knows.

I just wouldn't worry about it, if you were turned down three times, you know how to reverse such a decision, as I did.

We are going for a six month visa next time, but it would have to be for a different classification as the first time, which was the student 3 month no extention type.

My hope is that with two trips documented with return to Thailand, six months category is likewise a slam dunk by emphasizing family connections.
