I need a :

- 2bdrm townhouse

- $6000 - 7000/mth

- direct telephone line

- adsl

- aircon

- furnished

- cable tv

- communal swimming pool (not an essential)

- prefer a security guard village (anything on Soi Nermplabwan, Khaonoi...etc.?)

- Location is flexible...it can be East of Suk or anywhere else as I have my own vehicle

* Anyone know of a place for me?

nah....seriously though...some good deals to be had for a nice 2bdrm semidetached townhouse...my neighbors in my village are living proof...

i've got a huge 4bdrm house myself, full furnished w/all amenities for $12000/mth myself...just too big of a house for myself..

good deals can be had in Pattaya if u look hard enough...just need to stay away from the hustling farang real estate agents...

i'll be cruising all the villages these nxt few days for the rental signs hanging outside...

just hoped someone here may already know of a house on their block
