True And Tot Internet

Featured Replies

I am undecided as to which internet provider to use, either True or TOT.

Perhaps somebody can recommend the most reliable.

I live in Bangkok.

Advice would be appreciated.

Performance/reliability varies so widely here - by locale, provider, modem, time of day, package, application(s), et al., that I don't think random recommendations are helpful? I always recommend you speak with immediate neighbors to get a feel for what is available and what performance is like, in your immediate vicinity.

I manage a number of installations, including TRUE and TOT and find both to be good to excellent with regards to reliability, performance, value and customer service.

TRUE customer service is great. Been using them for a number of years.

Recently downgraded to the 6 MB package at 599 baht. Very happy with it.

I know TOT pricing is exactly the same.

If you can get TRUE I would choose it.

I agree with the customer service. and I highly recommend True. I had TOT and their customer service sucks. I changed to True last month even though i had to pay extra fee to change

I have TOT and it's awful. Unreliable and the customer service is a joke. Wish I could get True, they have good reputation here on Phuket.

I totally agree with the previous post. TOT are awful, at least where I live. A friend of mine just 10 miles away has TRUE and says they are very good.

If I could I would switch over to any other provider, but in my neck of the woods, I have no alternative, so I'm stuck with them  :(
