Woggles - Aqua Aerobics Equipment In Phuket?

Does anyone know if you can buy woggles in Phuket? They are used for aqua aerobics, its kind of like a float but in a long tube shapeOr if anyone can point me in the direction of how I can find this out? Thanks,
