About 7 or 8 years ago, as I first came to chat room and reading new( kid) thai language on the board. I saw many 55555....( hahaha )..kiki..sounds like laughing ..( huroa gig gig )...didnt understand any word. Anybody has interesting new chat language for us in thai ?

I could actually follow all of that, siamesekitty, which makes me think your logical stringency is too advanced to be able to emulate the chaos that must be taking place in these kids' brains...

Personally, I am at a complete loss when trying to understand what they are trying to say (their messages turn up in Thai language sites now and then, and I always have to let somebody else translate them, they are just too muddled for me to follow...)

What does เพ่ mean then? What sound does that make? Phae? Some new slang I haven't heard before?

Yep, it's พี่ - pronounced as a 'hip' (?) teenager with a slight speech impediment or too much attitude. :-)

There is no good equivalent in English. The closest ones are perhaps 'ay', but this is pronounced as a diphtong (glide between two vowel sounds, the actual value of เ is somewhere in the middle of the glide), and 'ae' is more open. The IPA based systems use /ee/ or /e:/ for sara เ, but then you have to know the vowels should be pronounced according to their values in Italian or Finnish, not as in English.
