Can someone with good business/real estate knowledge give me an idea if this will work.

I would like to buy a shophouse in Pattaya,prefer the soi Bukcow area.

I would like to buy up to max 4 million baht which should return approx 40,000 baht a month.

I would like to form some sort of a Company,and we all put in 1 million baht each and have 4 shareholders.

Is this possible to do,each shareholder will get paid their share,less expenses.

Im sure if I started to form an investment company this would be a good idea for those of us who dont have the full amount.
