they are all pretty much the same, 4 or 5 thai dishes and a cookbook with about 30. Basic thai food is really easy, just need a wok and some sauces

I think my title was a little vague... I'm looking for a cooking class for my Thai housekeeper. I know there's a ton of cooking classes built for the tourist population, but there's also (I think) some schools where they teach Thais how to cook. These would be classes taught exclusively in Thai. The menus would be a little more involved than the standard fried rice/tom yum/green curry offerings. Thanks for the input.
