The US Treasury has been forced to stockpile $110 billion in flawed $100 notes due to a snag in the printing process which left 30% of the notes with a blank patch on the face.

According to the Beeb, it would take 30 years to scrutinize each one individually if they were to be checked by hand.

Might be worth keeping an eye on them in case any escape the screening process.
