Interested in purchasing a air purifier. We were in Robinsons today and they had Bionair in stock any where from 8,000 to 27,000 Baht. A bit higher than I am willing to pay. That is unless they do a super job.

Would greatly appreciate feed back and other peoples experience with a air purifier of any type or make. The one's we looked at where Ionizer machines.

The wife tells me they are cheaper at Amway. Not sure she understands the advantage of clean air. Probably thinks it is just another one of my crazy farong ideas and just goes along with it.

A few posters on another thread indicated they were not big fans of Amway. Myself I am no fan of there marketing system and really don't know how high a quality there merchandise is.

In my opinion, Amway products are of the best quality, all tested in their labs in Ada Michigan USA. I used to have one of their air purifiers when I lived in the States. Whether you like network marketing or not has no bearing on the quality of the product.

I wonder, though, how well any air cleaning product would work in homes here that are not exactly air-tight, as they might be in colder climates. Even some of the better windows and doors still allow for a lot of air movement, thus reducing the effectiveness of the air cleaner.

If you purchase such a product, as with an air conditioner, be sure it is able to handle the size room that you're wanting to "purify." Do some Googling for specifications on the product you are considering.

Thank you for your input.

Yes the flow of air can be a problem. Was thinking would have to use it more than back States side.

I goggled Amway and there best one is 27,000 baht and if used frugally goes three years on one filter the replacement is about 5,000 baht. It is a Heppa filter the best you can get.

That one is defiantly out of my price range.

Was hoping for information on the ionizer ones.
