The insurance has terms that it doesn't cover if the car is rented.

Does the insurance cover if my loan my car to my friend? No money involved.

A Toyota's class A insurance. The one that the dealer gives out as an extra.

Most normal 1st class insurance policies in Thailand are valid for any licensed driver, however it is possible to have insurance policies with named driver's only covered (cheaper) and also to have policies that require a minimum driver age. Check your policy.

It is your vehicle that is insured so if you do not have your name as the only driver then 'yes' you can let anyone drive (not for money).

If you are not quite sure please email us a copy of the policy and we will check it for you.
