He is asking 180K. Is this a reasonable price for a 14 year old pic up?

Depends on many factors: body style (single cab, extra cab, double cab), kilometers, general condition, motor work done, tires, extras etc.

As a rough guide a Mighty-X of that vintage in good condition, good tires, no outstanding repairs and up to 280,000 KM would fetch:

Single Cab ~120K

Extra Cab ~150K

Double Cab ~180K
