Internet In Mountain Front Condo

Featured Replies

Does any one know what the internet in the mountain front condo is like? Is it a community wifi system like in most other condos?

I'm not bothered about super high speeds but would prefer a connection without frequent disconnections.

If the condo wifi is no good how hard is it for a farang to get a private broadband in the apartment?

any input much appreciated

thanks

I would ask an owner in the building or a resident member of the condo board...

Also if it is Community Wifi your reception can vary greatly form room to room in the condo building. Better to take your laptop there and check room by room

A lot of those in house networks are CluSter F@@@'s. Daisy chained segments, murphy's law engineering. If possible get the owner to order a wired line if you plan to stay long enough.

Maybe hang around and ask another resident etc.

Test it out yourself and keep your fingers crossed.

Or get yourself mobile broadband dongle/hotspot CAT CDMA 800bht a month for unlimited use.

We have our own internet since my husband needs high speed for work. we had no problem getting it either. the internet provided by the condo seems to be just fine. i've only used it a few times since we have our own, but seemingly the one provided has no problems.
