Happy Internet Cock Up

Featured Replies

Been using Happy Internet 20 hour package for 99THB successfully for over a yr on one of my mobiles. It reloads 20 hrs usage every same day of each month for 99THB. During this December it only allowed 2 days usage Vs the normal month before cutting off all the time I still had left and reloading another 20 hours for a month at another 99THB.

Only a small 99THB error in their favor but curious if anyone else experienced it? I'm guessing an end of year / decade software bug in their system? Still waiting for their response, next yr I guess.

Happy New Year to all.

Yeah, I really like DTAC. USually takes a call and its all sorted. Having said that, wait times can be excessive and I really dislike paying B3 to sort out THEIR problem (They will usually refund this if asked).

I started w/ DTAC as an anti Taksin thing but have come to really like the company. Besides what else do you have?? True and AIS?!?!

I have found the way around wait time on customer support phone calls was not to use the phone but get customer support by their web site. Email replies have been fast (within day) and accurate. Very pleased with DTAC, if only they would be given a permit to use 3G I'd be even more happy with them.
