August 25, 200520 yr First timer here...I have a disabled friend from America - age 58 - who has just retired in Pattaya. He is under 100% US Veterans Disability (Vietnam era). I do not know benefits which may be available to him in countries outside the USA - Are there any US military hospitals, clinics or facilities within Thailand where he may go to access medical care ? prescriptions? dental care? Or can he submit receipts for medical or dental and prescriptions to the US Veterans Administration for reimbursement. He really does not know...and I am trying to find answers to be able to help him. Thanks for sharing your experiences with me. I tried the "search" engine and came up blank... Thanks again!
