Looking for regular departure info from koh chang to trat to make 12.00pm flight back to bkk

how frequent boat ferry etc.

Most people use the Airport shuttle minibus - I don't have the number to hand at present, but most hotels will do.

They will arrange a pick up time for you, from your location. Price should be 470baht, which includes the cost of the ferry as well. Much easier, and they will get you there on time.
