I am hoping to rent a new 3 storey shop house in Sriracha in the next couple months or sooner depending on how fast I can get someone in to do some alterations/improvements etc.

Basically, I want to seal off each floor with seperate entrances/doors in order to install an a/c on every level of the building.

Also I would like in to have an electrician install extra power points and do something about the lighting..currently has tube lighting installed which I hate, want it replacing with some down lights as they're much easier on the old eyes! :blink

So, if you know of a good builder who is trustworthy and reasonably priced please let me know!
