I am looking for a nice 1 bed condo in Omni Tower on Nana Soi 4, Sukhumvit Bkk.

Most of the Real-Estate Companys on the Internet don't show any offer for this place.

I try to avoid to rent directly from Omni Tower Sales office or there internet presents.

I would like to rent from owner or agent.

Why?

Because they only have the "old" non-renovated rooms available.

But a privat owner mostly renovated his room.

I try to ge an renovated if possible.

Those real estate offices will often ask 10% from the owner then secretly mark it up another 10,000 a month too.

Best to deal with an owner direct if you can.

Girl used to work at the Marriott Soi 2-she had apartment for rent in Omni, nice one.

Sorry, can't remember her name-try Marriott reception and ask around.
