As in most items that are of a farang taste they are spread around town.They are not in one place. As for Carrefour don't worry it will be Big C very soon.

There is a Thai brand of fruit syrups called Mountain Best which has a pomegranate syrup. It even mentions on the label that it is the same as grenadine. I've bought it at one of the Rimpings before. I think it is even better than the Rose brand in the US which I think no longer contains any pomegranate. It works great in Singapore Slings, Mai Tais, and Tequila Sunrises.
