Im applying to the embassy(hull)in a few weeks for a Non-imm 12month visa..

I have 4 overstay stamps totalling 10 days in my passport. These are over a period of less than a year..

Would any of your experts here know if this will present a problem for upon application??

Has anybody else experienced problems in simular circumstances??

Many thanks in advance.

Just got a "B" visa from Houston consulate, had three overstays (3-5 days each) over three year period. My guess is that if your Non-Imm paperwork is complete and legit, no problem, but there are others with more experience on TV.

hmm.. 4 overstays in one year? So basically you were "tardy" on each visa run? Might raise the eyebrows of the Immigration officials once you get here, even if doesn't Hull's. Certainly they weren't long overstays, but the consistent nature of doing so doesn't look good.
