we are looking for a house/townhouse with good connections to or close to Ratchadamnoen Nok Ave. we need a closed garden because we have a medium-sized dog.

we would like at least 3 bedrooms, fully or semi-furnished, air-conditioning.

if possible, we would like to share security and more facilities like pool, sports.

we would also be interested in thai-style houses.

our budget is around 40,000Baht.

work for the UN then eh? I would suggest looking around the Ari area off Paholyothin Rd and quite a few UN staffers live out that way. About 30 mins by taxi to work in the morning. Depending on if you can get a taxi in the afternoon (Ratchadamnoen Nok is one of the worst places in BKK to get a Taxi), then about a 45 min trip home.

thanks, the pahalyothin rea sounds great. would really appreciate a combination of fairly spacious place and easy connections to the Ratchadamnoen area. any particular houses anyone knows of there would be very welcome.
