What Sites Stream Premier League(English)

I have seen the list of sites for the upcoming Cricket World Cup and found it most wonderful for the Ashes. Are there any similar sites I can watch English Premier League or the Championship on?

Best softwares to download are sopcast and veetle. You then need to select channels with the highest bitrate for better quality... Check out foxsport it's pretty good (as clear as terrestrial)

You would have to go directly to that site and view it from there. Tried to bring it to my end, tried different methods, programs, etc. but in the end, no go.
