Space Bags

You know, Space Bags used to vacuum compress or just compress goods for shipping or in luggage. Large plastic with a valve to suck or press the air out.

Any I idea where to buy in Chiang Mai?

Saw them somewhere not too long ago, I'll try to remember as I was supposed to remember for my own benefit ... Get back to ya, but have seen them here, I think they were copies though not originals..

While not CM specific, I think I saw them for sale in the 7-11 catalog. If not, I buy big ziploc baggies and seal them most of the way, and then roll them to push the air out and then seal them quickly. Not sure if you can get those giant ziploc bags in Thailand tho, I buy a goodly supply for packing when I go to the US every year.
