I was told by officials at Nong Khai some 6 months ago that they were working on it and we would be informed when implemented. Still nothing when I was up there a few weeks ago.

Heck I offered to set it up for them 9 months ago and even offered all the assistance they needed and the gentlemen never had the courtesy to reply to my emails.

That seems to be a bad trait amongst people in Thailand! Not repsonding to email that is.

They just don't have the bodies to do the work.The Nong Khai forum collapsed under the weight of messages.

Don't just rely on Stickman. Get it from the horses mouth. AFAIK it is still on a wish list.

It "supposedly" is going into effect AFTER they complete the move to their new office building at the end of the year... so nothing yet.
