Land For Sale Lahan Sai

Featured Replies

On Behalf of a friend of mine, wants to sell 10 rai in Lahan Sai land has full chanote, water, electricity and road access. Price around 500k a rai negotiable. If anyone is interested send me a PM and i will forward on details of contact.

Lahan Sai (Thai: ละหานทราย) is a district (Amphoe) in the southern part of Buriram Province, northeastern Thailand.

My word!

$45,000 (U.S.) per acre in the armpit of a third world country.

I'm sure he wil get his price but I can't stop being amazed at the asking prices for real estate in this country.

Sorry bout the thread <deleted>.

Please continue....

Why not put in TV classified after you correct that price.:whistling:

I think you're off by a zero

There has been a lot of typos on the land prices lately. Either that or the nice plot we just bought for under 30k a rai was a real bargain.

For sale: 35 rai of land cleared for rubber tree planting for the bargain price of 70m baht, 50m for Thai Visa members rolleyes.gif

I think he's saying the price you quoted was very high? Seeing that he paid UNDER 30K per rai, and your friend's is 500K per rai :)

Land prices are all over the shop, we westeners see things differently than the Thais, but anything is worth what someone is willing to pay. Over the last 12 months there has been a land price boom in my area. People buying land because the price keeps going up. Ergo short term profit when you sell. Just like the housing boom in the west. What the real value is, is anyones quess. Jim

500,000 baht would be $16,000 per rai. Do we even know where it is? The middle or nowhere or in a town?

Posted at 0:18 this morning. So at 500,000 per rai that's 5,000,000 baht (10rai) if it is not in the center of town then (A) this is a wind up (B) this a troll or © OP was still taking a nip.

I have difficulty understanding why some posters care what the asking price is if they are not interested in buying the land.

I have no interest in buying the land so I don't care if he asks 2m baht per rai.
