even mail2web can not connect to my account.

Hi Zorro,

have you tried testing your account settings?

Tools:Account settings.

Double click the account name and check the details, maybe re input your password.

Click on 'Test account settings", It should tell you if there is a problem.

All I can think of.

ERR account currently inactive. its a big pond account in oz, will give them a call. thanks for the replies guys

. its a big pond account in oz,

In common with many ISPs Bigpond require you to connect via dial-up (or via their ADSL) from time to time to prevent the account being put on hold. I think you can (or could) also pay them some sort of fee.

The obvious solution is to stop using Bigpond email and to get a free Gmail account.
