Is Your Magicjack Down?

Featured Replies

My trusty magicjack internet phone that has served me well for more than 2 years is not working in either of my computers.....won't load contacts or call history or give me a dial tone.

Anyone else out there with magicjack problems this morning??

Mine is down also, I contacted MJ and it is a problem due to routing out of Japan.

Mine is working fine. No issues.

I couldn't get mine working this morning on my desktop PC on a TOT DSL line here in Bangkok. I popped it in my notebook PC, on a True DSL line and it worked fine - I was able to make calls to the U.S.

I still cannot get it working on my desktop PC.

Just following up...I uninstalled MJ using Revo Uninstlaller but forgot to uninstall the pseudo-DVD in Device Manager. Did that, installed MJ, then ran the upgrade.exe file. My MJ is working fine on my desktop PC with a TOT DSL line.

Mine is working working on True DSL on Phuket.

My MJ just returned this afternoon......I was wondering if the Japan event could have effected it. Now working normal.

I might mention that a while ago, I did have some issues with MJ and the solution was simple.....just plug directly into the usb port and not use the provided cable.

Great little box!!
