Depending on what you need it for, there is a guy working accross the street from me right now with a very small , what looks to be like a backhoe with a point. They are breaking up a cement driveway/pad between very close buildings.

I don't need it right now, but I would like to use it myself when the time comes, so that's why I'm trying to find out if anyone hires them out. Something that breaks up concrete would be my reason for using it.
